Directions to camp

Camp Doggin’ It is held at Camp Kirk (1083 Portage, Kirkfield ON K0M 2B0) located near Kirkfield in the beautiful region of Kawartha Lakes, just 2 hours from Toronto.  Not from Toronto?  Go to Google maps and enter in a destination of "Camp Kirk, Kirkfield, Ontario" for directions.  Directions from Toronto is provided below for convenience.

From Toronto:

• Take Highway 401 to the Don Valley Parkway/Highway 404 exit.
• Take 404 north to the Davis Drive exit.
• Turn right on Davis Drive (eastbound) to Highway 48.
• Turn left (northbound) on Highway 48 and follow it to the junction of Highway 48 and Highway 12.
• Once again, turn left heading towards Orillia and pass Beaverton.
• A few kilometres beyond Beaverton, you will come to a traffic light and a sign will indicate the turn-off for Highway 48 to Bolsover.
• Turn right on Highway 48, pass Bolsover, to Kirkfield.
• Drive through the village of Kirkfield and, just as you exit the village, on your left you will see a road with a gate with two lions on stone pillars.  (Highway 48 is Portage)
  
• Turn left and follow the road.
